Introducing Gin Eva
In 2010 – before the big ‘Gin-hype’ began, Eva Maier & Stefan Winterling distilled their first batch of Gin for a winery they were working for and enjoyed it so much, they decided to open their own distillery. They started GinEva in 2012 – a regional Artisan “very small Batch” handcrafted Gin focusing on local FRESH ingredients from Mallorca starting with fresh citrus and locally-grown Juniper.
Gin Eva La Mallorquina:
The world-beater.
Gin Eva’s La Mallorquina distillate is fresh from the trees of the Son Moragues Estate, which is situated on the outskirts of the village Valldemossa.
At Son Moragues the use of chemical pesticides and fertilisers is 100% rejected and organic agriculture practised.
La Mallorquina is distilled only once a year in small batches, only around 3000 bottles are produced in a year due to Olive harvest, which makes this gin exclusive and very special Seasonal Gin.
Gin Eva Mallorquina was awarded as “Worlds Best Signature Botanical” at the World Gin Awards 2019, a truly incredible achievement for such a small, independent distillery.
